We have finally arrived
Here is the latest info from our travels. We took off from Philadelphia International Airport at 1:15 pm on Jan 15th. We had a very smooth flight to Detroit and had about 2 1/2 hours to relax before getting on to the next flight to Amsterdam. The overnight flight to Amsterdam went very well. Most of us were able to at least get a little sleep before landing at 7:40 Amsterdam time. Our flight to Nairobi took off at 10:30. We all were very impressed with the food service while on our longer flights. We landed around 8:00 Kenyan time which is 8 hours ahead of eastern time. After waiting in line for over an hour to get our visa's, we were able to go get our bags and head for the guest house. We praise the Lord for getting through customs and all of our baggage arriving.
